Oki Gin is an handcrafted gin from Belgium. It's inspired by the oriental culture and means "my heart. The name represents passion for this extraordinary gin. Oki Gin is made out of smoked thyme in combination with Japanese yuzu to create a unique and fresh flavour. Oki Gin was created in 2018 by Idse Storme. With the knowledge he gained while studying to become a pastry chef at Bakkerijschool Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges and his love for unique flavors, the youngster started experimenting. A constant search for new, unique flavor combinations resulted in an Oriental-style recipe. Oki stands for "my heart" and he has brought this exceptional gin to life with heart and soul.
